The ancient medieval hillside village of Ravello is set high on a hillside above Amalfi, with staggering vistas over the Bay of Salerno.
This is home to the 13th Century Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone where you will find stunningly beautiful gardens with fragrant walkways, colourful floral displays and views that go on forever. Richard Wagner was inspired to compose some of his great works in Villa Rufolo where he is celebrated every year with an international opera festival held in his honour.
The town's pedestrianised streets lead on to the main square, Piazza del Duomo, with its 11th Century cathedral presiding over a selection of charming cafés and trattorias.

As one of Topflight’s longest-serving resort managers, Lindsey has lived in Sorrento for 38 years and knows the surrounding region like the back of her hand. Speaking of Sorrento she says "the whole area has so much culture, history, beauty, friendly locals and of course 9 months of sunshine, so what’s not to love!" My name is Lindsey and I am your Resort Manager in Sorrento. I have worked for Topflight for over 20 years as the Country manager for Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast during the summer and on the ski slopes during the winter. I have lived in Italy for many years and have extensive knowledge of the people, traditions and culture since marrying an Italian and raising my family in this beautiful country. I am really looking forward to giving a warm welcome to all Topflight guests arriving in Sorrento and Amalfi this season.
Lynsey Mackay
My name is Lynsey and I have huge passion for both winter and summer sports, having worked for Topflight for over 10 years in Austria, France, Andorra and Italy. As an avid skier and snowboarder, you'll find me making the most of slopes during the winter months and in the summer I swap my skis for sandals to enjoy all that Lake Garda has to offer. I couldn’t possibly choose which season I prefer, I’ve skied since I was 5 years old and I can never get enough but there’s also something really magical about the spending the summer on Lake Garda.
