Tucked into the heart of Garda's old town, Hotel Regina Adelaide places the lake, the boutiques and the lakeside cafés just a gentle stroll from the door.
Hotel Regina Adelaide is a wonderfully characterful place to stay, an elegant Art Nouveau villa set in its own gardens in the very heart of Garda. Run by the same family for generations, it blends period charm with genuine warmth, and the pretty old town, with its boutiques, cafés and lakeside promenade, begins right on the doorstep.
Behind its graceful façade, the hotel offers a great deal to enjoy. There are two swimming pools, a large heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool framed by lawns and sun loungers, along with a relaxing spa where you can unwind in the sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub or book a soothing massage. The individually styled bedrooms are furnished with antiques and period fabrics, the dining is a real highlight thanks to a refined seasonal restaurant and an adjoining pâtisserie, and each morning brings a generous breakfast of freshly baked pastries and cooked favourites. Free bikes are on hand for a gentle ride along the lakeshore to nearby Bardolino and Lazise.
This property is offered on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
Garda is one of the prettiest towns on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, a historic harbour town of pastel houses and narrow streets that gave the great lake its name. The hotel sits right in the centre, moments from the lakeside promenade with its cafés, boutiques and colourful market stalls, and from the harbour you can take a boat across the lake or follow the shore to neighbouring Bardolino and Lazise.
My name is Lynsey and I have huge passion for both winter and summer sports, having worked for Topflight for over 10 years in Austria, France, Andorra and Italy. As an avid skier and snowboarder, you'll find me making the most of slopes during the winter months and in the summer I swap my skis for sandals to enjoy all that Lake Garda has to offer. I couldn’t possibly choose which season I prefer, I’ve skied since I was 5 years old and I can never get enough but there’s also something really magical about the spending the summer on Lake Garda.
Born and raised in the area of Franciacorta, I grew up surrounded by the glorious landscapes and vineyards, for which the area is well-known. Other than harvesting grapes for the production of my family’s own wine, some of my fondest childhood memories come from spending time at Lake Garda. Whether it’s cycling, climbing or windsurfing, I just can’t get enough of the activities around Lake Garda. At the end of the day, you’ll always find me in a lakeside café, admiring the views and sipping an Aperol Spritz in the sunshine. That to me, is paradise.
Hi. I’m Rich - by name, not by nature! I’ve spent over 20 years in tour operations, working my way up from a humble Resort Rep to an Area Operations Manager for some of the UK’s largest tour operators. My real passion is the great outdoors. I’ve clocked up over 18 winter seasons living in the mountains. When I'm not skiing, you can usually find me hiking with my handsome Australian Shepherd, Koa. Combining work and pleasure around Europe is the absolute perfect scenario for me. Whether you are hitting the slopes or relaxing in the sun, the team and I are here to help you make the most of your time. We want to ensure you have the most memorable holiday possible.
