Formerly known as Hotel Park Piolets, the hotel has been renamed Lodge Park Hotel following a three-year transformation into a refined 5-star mountain retreat — the same team and the same warm welcome, now with an even more contemporary and elegant feel. It has everything you need for a ski holiday to remember, with superb on-site facilities including a newly refurbished spa, a newly refurbished children's play area and excellent choices for a delicious evening meal. Best of all, reaching the slopes could hardly be easier: the hotel sits just three minutes from the nearest gondola, and a complimentary shuttle bus runs to the pistes too.
The hotel's beautiful spa invites you to indulge in some real relaxation, with an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and a wonderful outdoor whirlpool. In the afternoons, relaxation becomes a family affair — the little ones can enjoy the spa facilities with their own kid-friendly treatments. Some facilities are payable locally.
When it comes to dining, Lodge Park Hotel won't disappoint. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wealth of delicious options to suit all tastes, preferences and special diets, all in a beautiful setting overlooking the snow-covered mountains. And if you fancy something a little different, the fantastic on-site KAO restaurant serves quality Chinese-style cuisine.
Prepare for your day on the slopes in the modern Ski Room, designed for those keen to reach the snow-blanketed mountains as quickly as possible. Fitted with free lockers, it's also the starting point of the shuttle that takes you to the Soldeu cable car.
For the ultimate convenience, guests can use the Viladomat ski and snowboard rental shop, located right next door.

Children & Childcare in Resort
NURSERY
There are 4 nurseries for children aged between 12 months and 4 years, at Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu and Grau Roig. The Soldeu, El Tarter and Canillo kindergartens only accept children over 24 months old. Children between 12 and 24 months old should go to the Grau Roig kindergarten. At these nurseries, qualified carers will look after the children in warm, comfortable surroundings, well equipped with everything they need to play and enjoy themselves whilst you are doing the same.

CHILDREN'S SCHOOL
The Grandvalira Ski and Snowboard School has programmes and specialised instructors for children from 3 to 6 years. We offer one-on-one or group classes, depending on the child's level. Private instructors are also available for those seeking to perfect their skills and increase their level, ensuring good progress. Inflatable objects and a variety of modules are installed in the learning areas to provide non-stop fun. Parents can watch their children progress from the terraces of nearby cafés and restaurants, which command full views of the snow gardens. Grandvalira contains five snow gardens: in Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu, Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa.
