Absolutely excellent staff at Hotel Bristol. Special mention to wait staff Luca, Andrea, Giuseppe and the truly fantastic female waitress with short black hair (didn’t catch her name!). She deserves special recognition.

All the staff in The Bristol were so helpful & friendly. Being coeliac wasn’t a problem & they made sure I had everything I needed each morning which was really appreciated. Special mention to Luca who always made us feel so welcome in the dining room. Both Topflight reps that we dealt with were super.

Pepe our waiter at the hotel was beyond lovely. As a family we felt like royalty and above all top flight provided us with all we needed to make memories to last us a lifetime.

Where to start?! Your reps are world class. Lynsey was a joy. Excellent knowledge, down to earth practical information given. It may be inappropriate to say, but I felt all the reps were mature and as a result were really clued in and were excellent with people. Hotel staff at the Bristol were all really friendly and helpful too.

We stayed at the Hotel Bristol, a 4-Star Superior hotel full of genuine charm. It's literally built into the cliff-face, with unbelievable views over the bay. It has all the amenities you could need, including a rooftop pool and a beautiful garden to explore.

Nestled into the cliffside, providing breathtaking views across the Bay of Naples, the Hotel Bristol offers its guests an elegant and luxury-filled stay, with a service level that’s second to none, all in the midst of the stunningly beautiful Sorrento.
The enchanting setting is one of the reasons people return to this delightful hotel year after year - that, and the warm welcome they receive from owners the Acampora family, who have been welcoming guests for generations and are happy to go the extra mile to make your holiday feel special.
At the Hotel Bristol, you are guaranteed one of the best seats in town while relaxing on its magnificent rooftop sun terrace, garden and pool area. Take a dip in the pool and marvel at the majesty of Mount Vesuvius, standing proud across the bay, or enjoy a drink from the poolside bar.
The 7th floor restaurant, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, is the perfect place to soak up the picture postcard views, while an army of charming waiters see to your every need. Perhaps afterwards, you’ll retire to the bar’s terrace and enjoy the view over a drink as gentle piano music drifts by or take the short stroll into the centre of town to soak up the atmosphere of a wonderful Italian summer’s evening.
Head back to the restaurant each morning to enjoy a marvellous buffet selection for breakfast, with your eggs made to order. Breakfast is always a highlight with guests here - sipping coffee as the sun comes up over Sorrento and it's bay is truly hard to beat.
From almost anywhere you are in the hotel, the views are breathtaking and the beautifully kept gardens, bursting with colours, are well worth a visit. The hotel's restaurant uses produce that they take directly from the gardens too.

Superbly located on a cliffside on the main road overlooking the pretty fishing village of Marina Grande. It is a 10-minute walk downhill to the centre of Sorrento where you can stroll through narrow cobbled streets lined with shops, cafés and restaurants, and enjoy the heady scent of lemons in the air.
Lorna couldn’t miss developing a love for all things Italian. Her Italian mum ensured that during childhood she was brought up enjoying the best of Italian food alongside frequent visits to her mother’s homeland. She has 30 years experience as a rep with 18 of these spent in Sorrento, her home now. Lorna says "all of the area is spectacular so either Capri or Amalfi excursions for sightseeing and Pompeii or Herculaneum for a little bit of history is a must."
As one of Topflight’s longest-serving resort managers, Lindsey has lived in Sorrento for 38 years and knows the surrounding region like the back of her hand. Speaking of Sorrento she says "the whole area has so much culture, history, beauty, friendly locals and of course 9 months of sunshine, so what’s not to love!" Lindsey's not to miss are the Amalfi coast drive & Capri for the sheer beauty and a taste of la Dolce Vita.
