The Poiano Apartments offer a perfect solution for families with young children or for those looking to discover Lake Garda in a more cost effective manner. They offer a homely self-catering option with the benefit of hotel amenities.
Set in the lush grounds of the Poiano Resort guests can enjoy one of the best hillside positions in Garda. At sunset, you can delight in some of the most wonderful views from this incredible vantage point.
With all the amenities of Hotel Poiano (just next door) available for guests to use, you need not miss out when choosing a self-catering option. There is a wonderful outdoor pool, perfect for lounging around in the sunshine before taking a quick dip to cool off from the Lake Garda sunshine. If you fancy a little extra relaxation, make use of the fantastic spa facilities available including a Turkish bath, a sauna and bio-sauna and showers with aromatherapy and colour therapy. (minimum age 18 years old, local fee apply)
If you wish to take a night off from cooking during your stay, the hotel’s restaurant serves up delicious dishes in a beautiful dining room with stunning views from the panoramic terrace. If it’s a more casual dining experience you’re looking for, you can make use of the casual snack bar that is by the pool, where you can enjoy salads, pizzas, paninis and a selection of other snacks.
Apartments are modestly furnished and offer all the comforts that you need to ensure you have a pleasant stay. They consist of a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedrooms. They each come with gardens or terraces attached and these come complete with garden furniture so that you can enjoy your outdoor space with some privacy. Some rooms have incredible lake views too.

- • A deposit of €200 per apartment is required on arrival and shall be refunded on your departure.
- • Bed linen and towels are included.
- • Final cleaning (floor and bathroom) is included.
- • Some local resort or hotel facilities may be limited or closed in low season, ie swimming pools (dependent on weather conditions), evening entertainment, resort excursions etc.
- • Many Italian local authorities charge a tourist tax. This is not included in your holiday price and if applicable must be paid by you directly in your accommodation.
Location
These beautiful apartments are located in a lovely peaceful spot, 3km from the centre of Garda. It is just a 5 minute walk from the bus stop that will take you to the resort's centre and there is also a free shuttle bus service that runs on a timetable throughout the day.

Giuseppe Tonoli
Born and raised in the area of Franciacorta, I grew up surrounded by the glorious landscapes and vineyards, for which the area is well-known. Other than harvesting grapes for the production of my family’s own wine, some of my fondest childhood memories come from spending time at Lake Garda. Whether it’s cycling, climbing or windsurfing, I just can’t get enough of the activities around Lake Garda. At the end of the day, you’ll always find me in a lakeside café, admiring the views and sipping an Aperol Spritz in the sunshine. That to me, is paradise.
Malcolm Stocks
Hello, I'm Malcolm. This winter will be my 3rd summer season on Lake Garda for Topflight. I originally hail from the west coast of Scotland and spend my winters in France. I love anything and everything outdoorsy, but especially cycling and skiing! There's nothing quite like sharing a pizza and a few drinks after a sunny day on the lake! I am here to ensure you have a fantastic time with us here in Italy. Whether you are looking for some local info on the best spots to visit or a well earned Aperol Spritz at the end of the day, I'll be on hand to deal with any queries or questions you may have during your stay.

My name is Lynsey and I have huge passion for both winter and summer sports, having worked for Topflight for over 10 years in Austria, France, Andorra and Italy. As an avid skier and snowboarder, you'll find me making the most of slopes during the winter months and in the summer I swap my skis for sandals to enjoy all that Lake Garda has to offer. I couldn’t possibly choose which season I prefer, I’ve skied since I was 5 years old and I can never get enough but there’s also something really magical about the spending the summer on Lake Garda.
