The beautifully restored Park Hotel is elegant and stylish and enjoys an outstanding lakeside setting, right on the pretty promenade of Desenzano.
Next to the historic town centre and close to the ferry departure point, the Park Hotel is the perfect base from which to explore all that this fantastic resort has to offer. The Italians themselves love to holiday in Desenzano which oozes character and historic charm and also has some of the most lively nightlife on the lake, with the piazzas abuzz with energy well into the night.
With it’s beautifully classical style and all the modern amenities that you would expect from a 4 star plus, you are sure to be impressed by the Park Hotel. The rooftop swimming pool and terrace provides the hotel’s showstopper with it’s amazing vantage point that showcases incredible views of the lake. It is easy to spend vast amounts of time just lazing here, Aperol Spritz in hand, feeling the sun on your skin and taking in the unbelievable surroundings.
Rooms are spacious, modern and elegantly decorated and come with air-conditioning if the Italian heat becomes too much. For breakfast, guests are offered an extensive buffet with all sorts of delicious food to choose from.
If you have children in tow, the popular Gardaland theme park is only a 20-minute drive away and makes for a very fun family day out.

Giuseppe Tonoli
Born and raised in the area of Franciacorta, Giuseppe grew up surrounded by the glorious landscapes and vineyards, for which the area is well-known. Other than harvesting grapes for the production of his family’s own wine, some of his fondest childhood memories come from spending time at Lake Garda. “Whether it’s cycling, climbing or windsurfing, I just can’t get enough of the activities around Lake Garda. At the end of the day, you’ll always find me in a lakeside café, admiring the views and sipping an Aperol Spritz in the sunshine. That to me, is paradise.”
Malcolm Stocks
Malcolm has worked for the Topflight Travel Group for 4 winter seasons in the French alps. As a keen skier and cyclist he loves the outdoors and is excited to spend the summer on Lake Garda. Malcolm's not to miss experiences are a trip around Sirmione and a ride on the breathtaking Monte Baldo cable car in Malcesine. "Whether it's indulging in one of the many activities around lake or relaxing by the lakeside with an aperitivo in one of the many waterfront restaurants - Lake Garda is a great summer destination."
Lynsey Mackay
With a passion for both winter and summer sports, Lynsey has worked for Topflight for over 8 years in Austria, France and Italy. During the winter months she is based in the heart of the French Alps and in the summer she swaps her skis for sandals to enjoy all that Lake Garda has to offer. “I couldn’t possibly choose which season I prefer, I’ve skied since I was 5 years old and I can never get enough but there’s something really magical about the summer on Lake Garda.
