Rooms are in two seperate ajacent pensions. Margaret & Schweigerhof. All rooms and spacious apartments are furnished in typical Tyrolean style and feature bed linen suitable for allergy sufferers, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Most of them have a balcony and guests can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. A vending machine for refreshing drinks is available all day long, while coffee to go is provided to all guests from 05:45 until 20:45.
Breakfast buffet is served from 07:45 to 09:45 either in the winter garden, while in summer guests can enjoy their breakfast on the sun terrace in nice weather, both options provide impressive mountain views. Various restaurants in the centre of Kirchberg serving typical Tyrolean cuisine are reachable within a few minutes' walk.

A short stroll from the centre of town and very close to the main ski trip bar. The ski run of the Maierl lifts ends only 150 m from the property. Via the Gaisberg mountain you can ski right to the Schweigerhof's front door.
My name is Lynsey and I have huge passion for both winter and summer sports, having worked for Topflight for over 10 years in Austria, France, Andorra and Italy. As an avid skier and snowboarder, you'll find me making the most of slopes during the winter months and in the summer I swap my skis for sandals to enjoy all that Lake Garda has to offer. I couldn’t possibly choose which season I prefer, I’ve skied since I was 5 years old and I can never get enough but there’s also something really magical about the spending the summer on Lake Garda.
