For fantastic value, comfortable, cosy and warm accommodation in the very heart of the popular ski spot Pas de la Casa, it's hard to beat the Hotel Catalunya.
The location of this lovely hotel is simply excellent for skiing in the area. You are based just 50 metres away from the ski lift to the Pas de la Casa sector in Grandvalira, perfect for those who want to get the most out of their ski holiday.
Guests can enjoy an extensive buffet for both breakfast and dinner, with plenty of variety to suit all kinds of tastes. You can fill up in the mornings to ensure you have energy for the day ahead and in the evenings, fill up before hitting the town in the livey Pas de la Casa.
Not only is the hotel ideally located for those who want to make the very most of the fantastic ski conditions but it is close to all of the popular Pas de la Casa hot spots for energetic and fun aprés-ski. Guests love the buzzy atmosphere of this resort and there is plenty to keep visitors entertained.
The village also has a great shopping centre, well loved by visitors because of a reduced tax rate, so you can shop to your heart’s content. If you don’t fancy shopping, you can relax and unwind at the nearby sports centre where you will find a jacuzzi and other water activities, perfect for healing tired bodies after a day on the slopes.

NURSERY
There are 4 nurseries for children aged between 12 months and 4 years, at Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu and Grau Roig. The Soldeu, El Tarter and Canillo kindergartens only accept children over 24 months old. Children between 12 and 24 months old should go to the Grau Roig kindergarten. At these nurseries, qualified carers will look after the children in warm, comfortable surroundings, well equipped with everything they need to play and enjoy themselves whilst you are doing the same.

CHILDREN'S SCHOOL
The Grandvalira Ski and Snowboard School has programmes and specialised instructors for children from 3 to 6 years. We offer one-on-one or group classes, depending on the child's level. Private instructors are also available for those seeking to perfect their skills and increase their level, ensuring good progress. Inflatable objects and a variety of modules are installed in the learning areas to provide non-stop fun. Parents can watch their children progress from the terraces of nearby cafés and restaurants, which command full views of the snow gardens. Grandvalira contains five snow gardens: in Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu, Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa.

- Baby Week-end + nursery (6 hour garden + 4 hour nursery) €124.00
These prices do not include food or ski equipment. Ages accepted in the Snow Garden: From 3 to 6 years. Children under 4 years will receive an adapted session in the snow with games and activities. Children between 3 and 6 years will receive entertaining and fun ski classes in spaces specifically designed for them.
