Originally from Milan, I joined Topflight in 2013 as a Representative at Linate Airport, assisting student groups and teachers during their arrivals and departures. In 2017, I transitioned to the role of Overseas Concierge for Topflight's Crafted For You guests, where I continued to grow and develop my skills. During a year spent in Dublin studying at Trinity College, I formed a strong connection with Ireland and its people, creating happy memories that I cherish. Now, as we gear up for a new summer season, I'm excited to help our guests have an unforgettable holiday.
My name is Lynsey and I have huge passion for both winter and summer sports, having worked for Topflight for over 10 years in Austria, France, Andorra and Italy. As an avid skier and snowboarder, you'll find me making the most of slopes during the winter months and in the summer I swap my skis for sandals to enjoy all that Lake Garda has to offer. I couldn’t possibly choose which season I prefer, I’ve skied since I was 5 years old and I can never get enough but there’s also something really magical about the spending the summer on Lake Garda.
Born and raised in the area of Franciacorta, I grew up surrounded by the glorious landscapes and vineyards, for which the area is well-known. Other than harvesting grapes for the production of my family’s own wine, some of my fondest childhood memories come from spending time at Lake Garda. Whether it’s cycling, climbing or windsurfing, I just can’t get enough of the activities around Lake Garda. At the end of the day, you’ll always find me in a lakeside café, admiring the views and sipping an Aperol Spritz in the sunshine. That to me, is paradise.
Hi. I’m Rich - by name, not by nature! I’ve spent over 20 years in tour operations, working my way up from a humble Resort Rep to an Area Operations Manager for some of the UK’s largest tour operators. My real passion is the great outdoors. I’ve clocked up over 18 winter seasons living in the mountains. When I'm not skiing, you can usually find me hiking with my handsome Australian Shepherd, Koa. Combining work and pleasure around Europe is the absolute perfect scenario for me. Whether you are hitting the slopes or relaxing in the sun, the team and I are here to help you make the most of your time. We want to ensure you have the most memorable holiday possible. Please feel free to reach out anytime via WhatsApp, a quick call, or an email if you need any advice, help, or local suggestions.
