Two Bedroom Villa
Sleeps 2-4 guestsBeds Double Bed, 2x Single BedThese 2 bedroom villas are located in an annexe close to the hotel's main building. They can accommodate up to 4 people and consist of a living area and a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
If you wish to make use of the kitchenette during your stay, you can pay €10 per day for use of gas and there will be an additional €25 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Hotel Villa Maria is in a wonderful location only 600 metres from the lake shore, and 2km from the centre of Desenzano, which can be reached by walking along the promenade.
There's a bus stop 25m from the hotel. Sirmione and Peschiera del Garda are nearby, as are some of the most famous theme parks of Lake Garda.

Giuseppe Tonoli
Born and raised in the area of Franciacorta, Giuseppe grew up surrounded by the glorious landscapes and vineyards, for which the area is well-known. Other than harvesting grapes for the production of his family’s own wine, some of his fondest childhood memories come from spending time at Lake Garda. “Whether it’s cycling, climbing or windsurfing, I just can’t get enough of the activities around Lake Garda. At the end of the day, you’ll always find me in a lakeside café, admiring the views and sipping an Aperol Spritz in the sunshine. That to me, is paradise.”
Malcolm Stocks
Malcolm has worked for the Topflight Travel Group for 4 winter seasons in the French alps. As a keen skier and cyclist he loves the outdoors and is excited to spend the summer on Lake Garda. Malcolm's not to miss experiences are a trip around Sirmione and a ride on the breathtaking Monte Baldo cable car in Malcesine. "Whether it's indulging in one of the many activities around lake or relaxing by the lakeside with an aperitivo in one of the many waterfront restaurants - Lake Garda is a great summer destination."
Lynsey Mackay
With a passion for both winter and summer sports, Lynsey has worked for Topflight for over 8 years in Austria, France and Italy. During the winter months she is based in the heart of the French Alps and in the summer she swaps her skis for sandals to enjoy all that Lake Garda has to offer. “I couldn’t possibly choose which season I prefer, I’ve skied since I was 5 years old and I can never get enough but there’s something really magical about the summer on Lake Garda.
