See ourThe Hotel Palarine is a superb family-run hotel that, over the years, has built a great reputation for quality food and excellent service.
The owner and the staff pride themselves on their high standard of service and guests will warm to their friendly yet professional style.
After a hectic day on the slopes you can relax around the log fire for happy hour in the hotel's themed Oriental Bambu Bar and Restaurant. A daily full cooked and continental breakfast buffet is included, including British sausages, back bacon, Heinz beans, freshly baked croissants, Kellogg’s cereals, free flow juices, tea and freshly ground coffee. What more could you ask for to set you up for the day?
Each evening, the hotel's restaurant provides a delicious menu. The daily changing themed dinner buffets includes traditional Sunday roast, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian and Tex Mex all with fresh salads, homemade soups and desserts. There are also vegan and gluten-free options available.
All rooms come well equipped with a bath, power shower, hairdryer, comfortable beds, telephone, safety deposit box, British TV channels and free WiFi throughout the hotel.
You can find the nearest lift and the resort centre only 15 minutes from the hotel. However, for your convenience, a ski bus runs frequently during the day to ensure guests can enjoy all the resort amenities and have easy access to the slopes.
This property is offered on a Half Board basis. Special New Year dinner is included. Vegetarian and special dietary requirements can be catered for on request.
The kindergarten is in a building located at the bottom of the beginner's slopes, 100 meters from the upper gondola station and is just like any other kindergarten with kind and qualified staff. They accept children, aged 1 to 4 years, however they do not feed the children so you will have to organise yourself for lunch. Opening hours are 08:30 to 17:00 Children must be able to walk (or at least more or less) in order to be admitted.
The snow park is a closed off area, also located at the bottom of the beginner's slopes. The children, aged 4 to 8 years, play in the snow and learn how to ski with qualified instructors. If you are putting your children in the snow park, they will need ski equipment and lunch will need to be organised separately.
Please Note: You do not have to reserve the kindergarten and snowpark in advance. You can go to the ski school upon arrival and arrange everything right there and then. As tour operator groups only arrive on Sunday afternoon and start skiing on Monday, you will have first choice.
Important Note: Please note if you choose to book the services outlined above, your contract for them will not be with us and the services will not form part of any package of services we may supply. Your contract for these services will be with the supplier of the services identified above as appropriate. The booking conditions of that supplier will apply to that contract. We accept no liability in respect of these services or for the acts or omissions of any supplier(s) or other person(s) or party(ies) connected with them.
The Hotel Palarine is set on a peaceful location away from the crowds, in Arinal's neighbouring village, Erts. All the ski activities are about a 20 minute walk away and a ski bus stops just outside the hotel for maximum convenience.
On weekends during peak season, the hotel operates a free shuttle bus service that brings you to the town centre and runs up until around 17:30 every day, after which you can use the local bus which runs throughout the night (payable locally).
Welcome to Andorra! I'm Johnny and I'm originally from Dublin, Ireland, which you'll probably tell from my accent. I recently visited Andorra during the summer and just had to come back to see it in the winter. I look forward to welcoming you and making sure that your trip is one to remember. I love the snow and being on the slopes and I am positive you will too! Meeting new people is a highlight of my job but the views, food and craic make it that much better. I'll be here to answer all of your questions and make sure that you have an amazing trip. See you soon!
Welcome to Andorra! My name is Lynsey and I have huge passion for both winter and summer sports, having worked for Topflight for over 10 years in Austria, France, Andorra and Italy. As an avid skier and snowboarder, you'll find me making the most of slopes during the winter months in Andorra and in the summer I swap my skis for sandals to enjoy all that Lake Garda has to offer. I couldn’t possibly choose which season I prefer, I’ve skied since I was 5 years old and I can never get enough but there’s also something really magical about the spending the summer on Lake Garda.
