Your Holiday Itinerary
Day1-5 Sicily
One of the largest Mediterranean islands, Sicily has its own unique culture and charm. It is one of the most beautiful places in the world. The scent of lemon groves fills the air while the stunning scenery that sees the juxtaposition of sea, volcano and mountain will take your breath away.
You will stay in a four star hotel in Taormina, a glorious town, perched high on the slopes of Monte Tauro, on the east coast of Sicily.
What to do during your five night stay? Where do we begin?! Take in the epic views at the top of Mount Etna - make sure you've your camera handy, you really don't want to miss those views. Make like the gladiators of old on a visit to the ancient amphitheatre of Taormina, and don't leave the island without try the famous Sicilian dish, Arancini, rice-balls coated with breadcrumbs - sheer ambrosia!
Day6-10 Sorrento
Stay in the beautiful town of Sorrento for the remaining five nights of your holiday. Here, you will be put up in a four star hotel, from where you can explore this enchanting town with great ease. Sorrento is located in a steep position on the Gulf of Naples, and offers exceptional panoramic views.
During your stay you’ll have time to explore the many fascinating nearby attractions such as Pompeii and Herculaneum, as well as the mighty Mount Vesuvius. Perhaps you'd like to venture further out? If so, why not take the thrilling drive along one of the most jaw-droppingly romantic coastal routes to the beautiful towns of Amalfi, Minori and Maiori. In between, you'll find the picture-postcard resorts of Positano and Ravello, quiet little hilltop villages where you can do a little shopping, enjoy a coffee and most importantly, take in the spectacular views spread out below.
Day11 Home
Say Ciao to Italy as you hop on your trasnfer to the airport, where you'll catch your flight back home!
