Angela, a native Sicilian, has a passion for her homeland. She studied conservation and restoration for cultural heritage at university. She loves Topflight guests and says "our two populations have so much in common - the great millennial history, beautiful local traditions, love of music and song and of course a native language". For Angela the must see excursions are historical Syracuse and Mount Etna at sunset, a unique experience where you can enjoy sunset from the largest active volcano in Europe. Of course Sicilians love their food and Angela is no exception saying "you can't understand the complexity of Sicilian culture without eating Sicilian food as there are varied culture influences."
