A wonderful family-friendly option, close to the gorgeous Riva del Garda, Residence Filanda is situated in the most beautiful, peaceful setting, complete with an abundance of great facilities to keep the whole family very happy.
The residence is immersed in Lake Garda greenery, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and orchards making for a wonderful tucked away haven. But it’s not too far from the beautiful town of Riva del Garda and it is just 1.5km from the lakeside beach.
There are plenty of facilities on site at the Residence Filanda to keep the little guests and the bigger guests happy. The solar-powered heated pool is a wonderful place to lounge during the day and absorb the Lake Garda sunshine. There are slides and water activities for kids and plenty of sun loungers and a poolside bar for the adults to enjoy a cool drink or a snack as they relax while the kids play.
Guests can choose from apartment or villa accommodation here. Both provide well-equipped, self catering facilities and spacious and comfortable rooms. The villas boast direct access to a lovely pool from their terraces and a modern spacious interior.

During the summer months you can find me on Lake Garda enjoying watersports, the sunshine and sampling the best of the local cuisine. In winter, I swap my sandals for skis and am happily based in the heart of the French Alps.
