Accommodation
The Villa Maria complex consists of a hotel with 40 elegant rooms and restaurant, 24 villas and the lovely Villa Liberty with a restaurant. The hotel rooms are located the main building. These well-equipped bedrooms offer you all that you will need for a comfortable stay in Desenzano. Every room is equipped with satellite TV, a safe, air-conditioning, a minibar, a hairdryer, telephone and wifi access. To accommodate the needs of families, it is possible to add a third or fourth bed to these tastefully renovated rooms.
The two bedroom villas can accommodate 4-6 persons. Each villa is fully equipped and consists of living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The villas are located on beautiful grounds which include a restaurant, bar and snack bar.

There's a bus stop 25m from the hotel. Sirmione and Peschiera del Garda are nearby, as are some of the most famous theme parks of Lake Garda.
