At the Hotel Villa Maria, it's all about location but the rooftop pool with its views over the Bay of Naples is a definite bonus.
The hotel is nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento, yet a five minute stroll will have you in the heart of Sorrento in Piazza Tasso lined with lively restaurants and bars, the ideal spot to sip a coffee and watch the world go by. If you are a fan of the beach, a leisurely ten minute walk will take you there.
Due to the hotel’s hillside location, guests have the opportunity to sit and relax on the sun terrace whilst admiring the fabulous views of the Sorrentine coastline. Take some time to relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the outdoor pool, located on the 6th floor to make the most of the views. The pool bar serves snacks and traditional Neapolitan pizza alongside other regional snacks. It is also open in the evening for those who fancy a pre or post dinner drink. On Thursday evenings, you can sit back and enjoy live music on the terrace.
The hotel’s restaurant serves up regional specialities, ideal for an evening meal during your stay. There is also a coffee bar open throughout the day or take some time out in the indoor lounge bar if you need a break from the afternoon sun.

As one of Topflight’s longest-serving resort managers, Lindsey has lived in Sorrento for 38 years and knows the surrounding region like the back of her hand. Speaking of Sorrento she says "the whole area has so much culture, history, beauty, friendly locals and of course 9 months of sunshine, so what’s not to love!" My name is Lindsey and I am your Resort Manager in Livigno. I have worked for Topflight for over 20 years as the Country manager for Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast during the summer and on the ski slopes during the winter. I have lived in Italy for many years and have extensive knowledge of the people, traditions and culture since marrying an Italian and raising my family in this beautiful country. I am really looking forward to giving a warm welcome to all Topflight guests arriving in Livigno for this 2022 ski season.
