Your Holiday Itinerary

Day1Fly to Naples

Fly from Dublin to Naples where you will be met by Topflight's Resort Manager. You will be transferred by luxury air conditioned coach to your hotel, the 4 star Hotel La Pergola in Sant'Agnello, just outside Sorrento.

Day2Sorrento Walkabout

Today you are invited to join your Resort Manager and the rest of your group, for an entertaining and informative welcome meeting and tour around Sorrento’s stunning town centre. En route, your fantastically knowledgeable guide will point out buildings and monuments of note, regaling you with fascinating stories and anecdotes.

A refreshment stop at a much-loved gelateria, to meet the charming owner and sample some mouthwatering ice-cream, will be your next port of call, after which you'll visit a cameo shop, to see firsthand how this popular jewellery is crafted. A trip to see where Limoncello is made is also on the cards, as is the opportunity to sample a drop or two of this mouthwatering lemon liqueur.

After, you’ll head to a local restaurant where you can enjoy a drink on the terrace and soak up the stunning views across the bay.

Day3Amalfi Coast

In the morning, you will be collected and taken on an unforgettable road trip along the Amalfi Coast. A local guide will accompany you to make sure you take in all that the Amalfi Coast's history and scenery have to offer.

An air-conditioned mini-bus will take you on a 20-minute drive along the Amalfi Coast road to your first stop, Positano. Here, you will have the chance to visit this wonderful town at your own pace. This town is like no other, built vertically on the coastline - it is one of the most remarkable gems of the Amalfi Coast. The picturesque narrow streets characterise this town. Stroll along and make your way up to the secret hamlet of Nocelle to discover the Panorama of the Gods.

The tour proceeds along the scenic road towards Amalfi, passing high above the beautiful villages of Praiano and Conca dei Marini and the stunning hidden beach of Furore.

Once in the town of Amalfi, why not take the opportunity to enjoy some lunch with a view? This town is Italy's oldest maritime republic, the symbol of the Amalfi Coast. It is a steeped in history and its Ancient Roman origins are still evident from a number of ruins that remain.

You will have plenty of time to visit all the landmarks, such as the cathedral and the ancient mills, or simply get lost in this mesmerising scenery while sipping from a glass of Limoncello. After drinking in the atmosphere, make your way to the port, where you will board the local ferry. Set sail along the coast and take in its incredible beauty from another vantage point, on the sparkling Tyrrhenian Sea. The ferry will bring you to the town of Salerno where you will have free time to take a walk along the promenade or wander down the characteristic alleys and narrow streets of medieval origin. You will be met by your coach once again and returned to your hotel in time for your evening meal.

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your agreed pick up point and taken by coach to the fascinating lost city of Pompeii. Following the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, Pompeii lay buried for over a thousand years. The town is now one of the most visited sites in the world and today your local guide will take you back in time with a tour along its original Roman streets. You can explore its ancient shops, bars and gyms, marvel at the fabulously preserved frescoes and mosaics and visit the main square where the former City Hall's ruins lie. This is an archaeological adventure which will not fail to impress, so make sure you pack your camera!

Days5-7At Your Leisure

Still thirsty for activities? No problem. Your Topflight Resort Manager will be more than happy to arrange great extra excursions or activities for you or even recommend fantastic local restaurants and bars so you can sample the local lifestyle.

Perhaps you'd like to book a Capri Boat Tour, where you can cruise along the coastline of this magical island and take in its beautiful sights, which include the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the famous Faraglioni Rocks. You will also have some free time to explore the island and stroll through its famous main square or admire the Augustus Gardens.
