Sleeps 2-4 guestsBeds Double Bed, 2x Single BedThese 2 bedroom villas are located in an annexe close to the hotel's main building. They can accommodate up to 4 people and consist of a living area and a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
If you wish to make use of the kitchenette during your stay, you can pay €10 per day for use of gas and there will be an additional €25 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Hotel Villa Maria is in a wonderful location only 600 metres from the lake shore, and 2km from the centre of Desenzano, which can be reached by walking along the promenade.
There's a bus stop 25m from the hotel. Sirmione and Peschiera del Garda are nearby, as are some of the most famous theme parks of Lake Garda.

During the winter months she is based in the heart of the French Alps and in the summer she swaps her skis for sandals to enjoy all that Lake Garda has to offer. “I couldn’t possibly choose which season I prefer, I’ve skied since I was 5 years old and I can never get enough but there’s something really magical about the summer on Lake Garda. I truly believe there is something here for everyone and that’s part of what makes it so special.”
