The comfortable Living Chalet boasts a range of self-catering options in a superb position in the resort of Livigno, within easy reach of everything you could need for a fantastic ski holiday.
The Living Chalet consists of 3 chalet style buildings positioned next door to one another and offer self-catering options that can sleep up to 6 guests. Each apartment is comfortable and traditionally decorated with a real alpine feel. They each come well-equipped with a living and dining area, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
A great option for groups the Living Chalet offers excellent value for money considering its enviable position for those who love to ski. In a quiet spot, the chalet is only a 5 minute walk away from the resort centre of Livigno. There are a wealth of shops and restaurants just a stone’s throw away. But not only that, access to the ski lifts is as easy as can be, located just a 7 minute walk away.
Once you arrive in resort, your Topflight Resort Manager will advise you of the exact name and location of your accommodation. Property facilities will vary in regard to location, room views, balconies and amentities. Specific room requests can be made and we will do our best to accommodate them, however this can not be guaranteed. If you are booking more than one apartment, we cannot guarantee that they will be in the same building but will endeavour to keep them close to one another if requested.

Hello, my name is Mikey and I have been a Topflight Resort Manager since 2013. Over the years I have worked in numerous countries, but winters spent up in the mountains are my absolute favourite. I ski and snowboard so depending on my mood, you can find me on the mountain, off piste, on piste, in the park or in a bar. I consider myself to be a "Jack of all trades & master of none" when it comes to winter sports, so if this is your first time or are a black slope standard (and beyond) I can relate.
