Apartments Katia are the perfect base for your ski holiday. These bright alpine style apartments offer all that you need to ensure a comfortable stay alongside a great location to access all ski and non-ski amenities.
These apartments are ideal for family groups or groups of friends as each feature 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The closest supermarket is just 30 metres away, so picking up your provisions will be a nice, easy task and for your convenience, the property also has a heated ski room with lockers to make it easy to get on and off the slopes each day.
Although Apartments Katia are located in a quiet area, guests will love the proximity to Livigno’s acclaimed pedestrian area. It is just a short walk of 400 metres. Here, you can choose to revel in some retail therapy, enjoy an Italian meal from a choice of wonderful restaurant options, partake in some aprés ski, or simply dance the night away in one of Livigno’s famed clubs.

KID'S CLUB
For the younger skiers, from age 3 and up, there is the Kinderclub! Sunday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. A save place to play amongst friends, learn to ski and play at the same time with our instructors at the Lupigno. Games, colouring, fun of all types happy kids make happy parents!

Each apartment type features a living area with a pull-out double sofa bed and a kitchenette, one double room and 1 twin room. In the loft apartment, there is an third bedroom with a single bed, while the first floor apartment features a third bedroom with bunk beds.
These apartments are recommended for a maximum of 6 adults but 7 guests can be accepted if travelling with smaller children.Room Features

Lindsey Noble
As one of Topflight’s longest-serving resort managers, Lindsey has lived in Sorrento for 38 years and knows the surrounding region like the back of her hand. Speaking of Sorrento she says "the whole area has so much culture, history, beauty, friendly locals and of course 9 months of sunshine, so what’s not to love!" My name is Lindsey and I am your Resort Manager in Livigno. I have worked for Topflight for over 20 years as the Country manager for Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast during the summer and on the ski slopes during the winter. I have lived in Italy for many years and have extensive knowledge of the people, traditions and culture since marrying an Italian and raising my family in this beautiful country. I am really looking forward to giving a warm welcome to all Topflight guests arriving in Livigno for this 2022 ski season.
