Hi, my name is Susan and I am originally from Yorkshire. Austria is now my home and I have had the great privilege of living in the mountains for the last 14 years. Austria is a beautiful country with an amazing culture and there is nothing more special than a winter ski resort. I am so happy to be working for Topflight and Directski this season as your Resort Manager. I look forward to welcoming you all to the beautiful resorts of Kitzbühel,Niederau and Kirchberg and am here to make sure that you have the best time both on and off the slopes. Speaking of slopes, my favourite colour is blue and these are the slopes I stick to when I am not in a mountain restaurant enjoying a hot chocolate, Glühwein or apple strudel! Hi, I’m Frank and I love being in the Austrian mountains whatever the season. I’m a keen skier and having had many wonderful winter and summer holidays in the Austrian mountains with my wife and kids, we decided to move here and enjoy the great outdoor lifestyle. We are based in Vienna, but always head south to the slopes in the winter for skiing and in the summer to the crystal clear lakes for swimming, sailing and hiking the green meadows and forests. Austria has so much to offer for a winter break, with the amazing scenery, friendly people and great food. Greetings from the Alps! My name is Tracy, I'm Irish and have been living in Austria for over 10-years. I told my parents I will only do 1 season but the love of the Austrian Mountains has kept me here. Skiing, hiking, and snow shoe walking are a few of my favourite things to do in my home town - St. Johann in Tirol. The spectacular scenery never ceases to amaze me here. Welcome to Austria, my name is Lindsey and I am originally from Scotland but our home has been in Austria for many years now.I started to ski as soon as I could walk in the Highlands of Scotland, however in search of fairer weather skiing, I came to Austria when I was 18. My love of skiing in winter and cycling in summer means that I know Austria pretty well and I want you to love it just as much as I do. Our excellent team is here to ensure you enjoy your well earned ski holiday, so please let them know if you have any questions.
