Perfectly located in the centre of Kaprun, the People's Hotel is a lovely base for a ski holiday to remember, with its warm friendly welcome and top notch facilities.
The People's Hotel (previously known as Pension Alpenrose) is a very traditional and charming family-run accommodation, with alpine-style décor throughout, creating a warm and cosy environment. There are 16 rooms available and each are spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable and come complete with cable TV, a telephone and a balcony so that you can enjoy the refreshing alpine air whilst taking in the stunning wintery landscape.
The wonderfully central location of this accommodation means that you will have easy access to everything that Kaprun has to offer. Just one minute away you will find the village centre, the nearest ski lift and the ski bus stop.
After spending your day exploring and enjoying your ski adventures on the slopes you can come back to your hotel and enjoy some downtime in the spa area which includes a sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin. Those who have been skiing before know just how valuable a bit heat to the muscles can be.

Children can start skiing in the Mini Club from ages 3 to 4 years Here they are taught how to ski through half day lessons.

Childrens Club
In the Childrens Club ski lessons are provided for children aged 5 years +. The Childrens Club can accommodate beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers. Ideally the lesson times and meeting points are the same as for adults and there will be a maximum of 10 Kids in a group!

Welcome to Austria, my name is Lindsey and I am originally from Scotland but our home has been in Austria for many years now.I started to ski as soon as I could walk in the Highlands of Scotland, however in search of fairer weather skiing, I came to Austria when I was 18. My love of skiing in winter and cycling in summer means that I know Austria pretty well and I want you to love it just as much as I do. Our excellent team is here to ensure you enjoy your well earned ski holiday, so please let them know if you have any questions. Our aim is that you return home happy, so let us deal with anything that gets in the way of that, when you are in resort. Your Resort Managers are here to help, so pop along and see them, you never know what tidbit of information you might learn.
