The Hotel Palarine is a superb family-run hotel that, over the years, has built a great reputation for quality food and excellent service.
The owner and the staff pride themselves on their high standard of service and guests will warm to their friendly yet professional style.
After a hectic day on the slopes you can relax around the log fire for happy hour in the hotel's themed Oriental Bambu Bar and Restaurant. A daily full cooked and continental breakfast buffet is included, including British sausages, back bacon, Heinz beans, freshly baked croissants, Kellogg’s cereals, free flow juices, tea and freshly ground coffee. What more could you ask for to set you up for the day?
Each evening, the hotel's restaurant provides a delicious menu. The daily changing themed dinner buffets includes traditional Sunday roast, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian and Tex Mex all with fresh salads, homemade soups and desserts. There are also vegan and gluten-free options available.
All rooms come well equipped with a bath, power shower, hairdryer, comfortable beds, telephone, safety deposit box, British TV channels and free WiFi throughout the hotel.
You can find the nearest lift and the resort centre only 15 minutes from the hotel. However, for your convenience, a ski bus runs frequently during the day to ensure guests can enjoy all the resort amenities and have easy access to the slopes.
This property is offered on a Half Board basis. Special New Year dinner is included.
The kindergarten is in a building located at the bottom of the beginner's slopes, 100 meters from the upper gondola station and is just like any other kindergarten with kind and qualified staff. They accept children, aged 1 to 4 years, however they do not feed the children so you will have to organise yourself for lunch. Opening hours are 08:30 to 17:00 Children must be able to walk (or at least more or less) in order to be admitted.
The snow park is a closed off area, also located at the bottom of the beginner's slopes. The children, aged 4 to 8 years, play in the snow and learn how to ski with qualified instructors. If you are putting your children in the snow park, they will need ski equipment and lunch will need to be organised separately.
Please Note: You do not have to reserve the kindergarten and snowpark in advance. You can go to the ski school upon arrival and arrange everything right there and then. As tour operator groups only arrive on Sunday afternoon and start skiing on Monday, you will have first choice.
Important Note: Please note if you choose to book the services outlined above, your contract for them will not be with us and the services will not form part of any package of services we may supply. The Hotel Palarine is set on a peaceful location away from the crowds, in Arinalas neighbouring village, Erts. All the ski activities are about a 20 minute walk away and a ski bus stops just outside the hotel for maximum convenience.
On weekends during peak season, the hotel operates a free shuttle bus service that brings you to the town centre and runs up until around 17:30 every day, after which you can use the local bus which runs throughout the night and is payable locally.
I'm Connor, and I am returning for my third winter season with Topflight. This past summer I spent my first season working as a Resort Manager for Topflight in Peschiera on Lake Garda. I am definitely looking forward to getting out on the slopes, whether it is on skis or a board. My favourite thing about Andorra and Arinsal specifically, is how friendly the town and the welcoming atmosphere of the place. I am very familiar with the area so know that you can come to me for anything. I hope that you will have a brilliant holiday with us, and we'll see you on the slopes!
Hi, my name is James and this is my first year working for Topflight as a Resort Manager. I'm very outgoing and have a keen interest in sports, music and all things outdoors. I absolutely love skiing and have been on multiple Topflight ski holidays over the years - I am hoping that this season I will master the snowboard. My sister, Lisa, was a Resort Manager in Arinsal last year and she had a wonderful experience - I cannot wait to join the team! Know that I am here to help you wherever I can, and look forward to welcoming you to Andorra.
