Take the pleasant 15-minute stroll to the city's Old Town, a maze of cobblestone streets, flanked by historic buildings dating from the 14th century.

You will get a chance to experience the glamorous resort of Mykonos today. This will give you a true flavour of what the Cyclades islands are really like, with their traditional, whitewashed architecture and maze of narrow streets. There's plenty to see and do during your day of exploration in Mykonos. You can't visit without venturing to one of its beautiful beaches. We advise hopping in a taxi and taking the twenty minute trip to the southern – and ultra picturesque – Super Paradise beach.

Today you will have the opportunity to explore the wonderful Argostoli, a picturesque city which was devastated by an earthquake in 1953. But the signs of this are hard to come upon. The are is full of treasures including a wonderful 12th century Byzantine cathedral and beautiful 16th century frescoes. And the nearby underground Lake of Melissani is simply magical. Enter the caves to find ancient stalactites, and marvel at the scattered rays of light beaming through, turning the water an intense blue.

Today you will arrive to the glorious island of Corfu. Prepare for scenery so beautiful and an atmosphere so pleasing, you may never want to return to the ship! What to do today? We suggest hopping on the shuttle bus, or taking the 20-minute scenic route via the seafront, both of which will take you to the heart of Corfu. Amble the narrow streets that wind their way throughout the historic town center, peruse the quaint boutiques, visit one of the many museums, or simply head to Spianada Square, pull up a chair, order a drink, and watch the world go by.

This Greek idyll will leave you in awe with its multicoloured cliffs, whitewashed houses and stunning views across the sparkling Mediterranean sea. Once you arrive on terra firma, you'll have two ways of venturing up to the town of Fira: on the cable cars or on a donkey. Yes, a donkey! Fira, the island's capital is full of small, winding streets filled with shops, bars and restaurants. 1500bc is a great little spot for something to eat. Sit out on the patio, order a crisp wine, and get stuck into some of the most divine seafood you'll ever try!
