Resort Info

Puglia, also known by its Roman name of Apulia, stretches from
the Garganto peninsula to the heel of Italy’s famous ‘boot.’

It is an ideal destination for anyone wishing to avoid the hustle and bustle of
more popular resorts and explore its pretty historic towns, beautiful beaches and
glorious landscape of rolling hillsides and vast olive groves. The area is strewn
with castles and fortifications, many dating back to the 13th Century.

OSTUNI Also known as the ‘White City’ because of its whitewashed houses,
Ostuni is a traditional town with a maze of narrow streets lined with wonderful
restaurants and artisans’ shops spilling out on to cobblestoned alleys.

Torre Canne in the province of Brindisi is a popular seaside resort and spa town whose thermal waters are said to have great healing properties.

Land of Masserie is a virtually unspoilt area with a long, sandy beach and countryside dotted with traditional farmhouses, some of which have been converted to luxurious, boutique hotels.

OTRANTO is a picturesque resort with lovely, winding streets and piazzas, crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches. Its 12th Century Cathedral, displaying the bones of 800 martyrs, is well worth a visit.

GALLIPOLI is a seaside resort with beautiful beaches backed by pine trees and beautiful scenery.

ALBEROBELLO is in the heart of the trulli region. ‘Trulli’ are traditional whitewashed houses with conical roofs, unique to Puglia and found mostly in Alberobello which also features golden sandy beaches.
