Set on a high plateau above Capri, the island’s second town of Anacapri with its whitewashed villas and flowering bougainvillea is an exclusive, unspoilt resort that retains a peaceful, village atmosphere. From here you can take a 12-minute chairlift ride to the top of Mount Solaro with its breathtaking views.
