With our attention to detail, the following is an outline of a typical wedding programme arranged with Topflight. It is important to note that this format will change depending on your chosen wedding destination as our local wedding co-ordinators have different approaches. Of course, your personal programme will be given to you prior to your departure and will also be agreed with our local wedding co-ordinators.
Day 1: Arrival at your airport
On arrival you will be met and transferred by private car to your hotel. The driver will meet you in the main arrivals hall and your names will be clearly displayed for easy identification. That evening you will meet with our local wedding co-ordinator to run through your confirmed wedding programme. This meeting will take place at your hotel at an agreed time. However, depending on the arrival time of your flight, this meeting may take place the following morning.
Day 2: Appointment to meet the priest (church weddings only)
This takes place at the church where the wedding will take place and is normally confirmed in the morning time. It will also give you the opportunity to visit the church and spend some time there. The appointment time will be advised prior to your departure from Ireland. Appointment to meet with the civil registrar (civil weddings only) This takes place at the local Town Hall and your appointment time will be advised prior to your departure from Ireland.
Day 3: Your Wedding Day
Meeting with the local wedding co-ordinator at your hotel at an agreed time and all wedding day services will be managed by her. These will include:
• Hair and beauty appointments
• Delivery of flowers to your hotel
• Transportation for the immediate wedding party
• Transportation for all wedding guests
• Photography services
• Attendance at the wedding ceremony
• Attendance at wedding meal venue to ensure all is in order prior to your arrival
Day 4: Collect your photos
Today you will meet with the photographer to choose your photographs for your album and he will arrange to deliver them to your hotel within 48 hours. You are now officially onhoneymoon! Relax, take time out and enjoy!
