The picturesque village of Lermoos - exclusive to Topflight on the Irish market! - offers a truly Tyrolean experience. Scattered around the resort are friendly bars, cafés, restaurants and shops, all within easy walking distance. The village is extremely popular with Topflight guests, many of whom return here year after year.

The ski area is part of the famous Zugspitz Arena which encompasses nine villages, including Lermoos, Berwang, Bichelbach, Biberwier, Ehrwald and Garmisch, all covered by the same lift pass and easily reached by regular free ski bus or train. Endless skiing possibilities for all grades of skier are available on the Zugspitz Glacier, access to which is by a high speed, 100 person cable car, which is included in the lift pass. The resort has an extended lift system with two six-man chairlifts.

From the gentle nursery slopes overlooking Lermoos, novices will soon progress to the wide open slopes of the Grubigstein where intermediate skiers will delight in the choice of blue and red runs. The ski school meeting place is right in the village centre.

Après Ski

Nightlife centres around several bars and cafés. Favourites with the Irish are the Wetterloch, Mayer’s wine bar, Musikcafé and Stilbruch Bar. The Café Simon is a must for apple strudel after a hard day’s skiing. Restaurants include the Holzerstube, Juchhof, Post Stüberl, Al Castagno and the Bauernstube.
