Topflight is a highly successful fully licensed & bonded Irish owned company, and market leader in quality holidays both to summer and winter sun destinations, as well as an award-winning ski programme.
Tony Collins, Topflight's Managing Director, originally established Tony Collins Travel Agency and through a combination of natural growth and acquisition, the two companies became one. Tony Collins has owned and run Topflight since 1990 and the company has now grown to be one of Ireland’s largest indigenous tour operators.
Topflight is a wholly Irish owned company, with offices in Ireland and Austria employing over 50 staff in our Dublin head office and another 40 staff resort based. Our reservations team manage individual bookings as well as bookings through travel agencies.
Our Specialist Department organise group holidays & tailormade holidays, speciality and weekend holidays to over 23 European cities, trips to the Christmas markets in Munich, Berlin, Vienna and more, as well as short break ski holidays to Norway & the USA. And our dedicated Weddings department will organise all details of your magical weddings & honeymoons abroad.
Topflight are constantly improving and expanding their product to meet customers needs and are delighted to offer a range of holiday options - giving you so much choice all year round. Currently on the market we have a collection of fantastic brochures including Italy 2010, Portugal & Madeira 2010, Summer Sun 2010 (including Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Majorca & Costa del Sol) Ski & Snowboarding 2009/10, Winter Sun 2009/10, Weddings & Honeymoons 2009/10, Oberammergau 2010.
Topflight has won many awards in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, the highlight of which is the accolade of Best Winter Ski Tour Operator for 16 consecutive years, with a ski programme consisting of over 44 resorts in Austria, France, Italy, Andorra, USA, Bulgaria & Norway. Travel agents in Northern Ireland have recently voted us "Best Ski Operator" for the seventh consecutive year! And Topflight are proud to have been voted Best Ski Tour Operator at the inaugural Consumer Travel Awards 2009!

Topflight wins Consumer Vote for Best Ski Tour Operator in New Consumer Travel Awards
- also nominated for Best Europe Tour Operator and Best Worldwide Tour Operator - and Austria wins Best Ski Destination
At a ceremony in the RDS last night to announce the winners of the inaugural Irish Consumer Travel Awards by Kathryn Thomas, Topflight - nominated for 3 awards on the night, won the category of Best Ski Tour Operator, voted by consumers.
Topflight was also nominated for Best Europe Tour Operator and Best Worldwide Tour Operator.
This is a continued huge achievement for the company, which reflects the quality of service and Topflight’s commitment to their clients as well as the level of repeat business which Topflight enjoys.
Other awards last night which are good for Topflight’s business include Austria being voted as Best Ski Destination.
