My friend and i took our first trip with topflight to lanzarote between the 20th aug and 28th aug. it was a great service and i felt i had email topflight to congratulate the company on an excellent service and to encourage topflight to keep the good work up.
on arrival at the airport in lanzarote, we were met by the lovely linda from scotland. she was so helpful and polite and pointed us in the right direction straight away to the bus. there was no delay on the bus either and she told us about all the shops/restuarants, the do's and dont's, the day trips, about the island and of course the suncream application!
on arrival at our hotel, she once again told us the nightlife areas and recommended restuarants and bars. on monday, we met chris who again went into detail about the island and the day trips and each one sounded as good as another it was hard to decide which one's we'd go on!! chris gladly sorted out the waterpark trip, the south island tour and the catarman trip for us, which were all brillant days out!! she recommended 3 restuarants and we tried the 3 restuarents and were delighted the standard of food and service so she was spot on!! she was she nice, even meeting her on the corridor in the hotel, she would stop and say hello and ask how the holiday was. excellent commendation for great work by chris.
on departures, linda was a breath of fresh air, she informed us of the check in desks, she informed us of the duty free and the food service available after security. there was a long queue on arrivals at checkins, and we were maybe waiting 40 minutes to check in but linda stuck with the topflight group until each and everyone of us were passed the check in and luggage was gone through. i was truely amazed at the service becuase other flight companies would barely tell you what desk you should be at, never mind, wait and make sure there was no problems at check in.
linda and chris are a credit to topflight in lanzarote and i was thoroughly recommend, anyone, young or old to travel to lanzarote and see the great services the two ladies provide in lanzarote. i will defiantly be using topflight for all future holidays and breaks away as i was so impressed with the two ladies and with the way they treated us and were genuinely interested in each and every one of their clients.
